PD0325901是一種靶向MAPK（MAPK/ERK kinase 或MEK）的小分子，具潛在的抗腫瘤活性。PD0325901是MEK抑制劑CI-1040的衍生物，選擇性結(jié)合和抑制MEK，可能引起MAPK/ERK的磷酸化和活化，抑制腫瘤細(xì)胞增殖。與ALK5抑制劑SB431542一起，PD0325901能夠提高人原代成纖維細(xì)胞重編程為誘導(dǎo)多潛能干細(xì)胞（iPS）的能力。
